Refund & Returns Policy

Every TaranTerra order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your enclosure arrives damaged or you're not satisfied, we'll replace it or refund you, no complicated hoops.
Who pays for return shipping
Return shipping is arranged and paid by you. We recommend a tracked service: until the parcel reaches us it stays your responsibility, and a tracking number is what lets us refund you the moment it lands.
One exception, and it is on us: if an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, we cover the return in full. You never pay to send back a mistake we made.
How it works
- Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
- Tell us the issue (a photo or short description helps).
- We arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
Returns are free. If an enclosure is damaged or defective on arrival, you usually don't even need to ship it back for a refund; we resolve it directly. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once approved, and we reply to every request within 24 hours.
